BPW Italy Cup for Young BPW Europe :

Thanks to your all corporation we have had three candidates to present to BPW Italy: Silvia Nicolis from BPW Italy, Cédrine Schiettecat from BPW France and Dagmar Terbeznik. BPW Italy did select Dagmar Terbeznik to be awarded in 2007 with the BPW Italy Cup for Yong BPW. Cédrine and Silvia received special recognitions! My best gratulations for every one of you three for joining the Award!

 

 

Funds available

Recenty I got the information about available funds of approx. EUR 500/project.  Deadline is 30 September 2007! Read here a short info, for details see the attachments. I recommend everyone to apply – please put me in cc so that we can see what is happening in which country!

 

The Anita Borg Institute has a new grant program called Pass-It-On grants. The grants are intended to encourage women to enter technical fields, with the intention that the recipient "pass on" the benefits to others down the road.  While ABI is based in the US, the grants can be given to anyone around the world.

European Symposium – Career Future Family, Berlin/Germany

Already more than 100 participants out of many European countries did register: meet Young BPW and BPW from all around Europe and of course Germany. I will be there as well and it would by my great pleasure to meet as many of you as possible! Young BPW Germany is doing everything to make the Congress inspiring and learningful and your stay most convenient!

 

Each and every participant of the Symposium cff in Berlin is getting a subsidy by the German Ministry of Families of Euro 86 IN CASH, provided there is proof of on time registration. The cash amount will be paid out in Berlin upon signature of the participant.
